● Training Content:
1. Taiji three-part training method (Wudang basic postures, Daojiao Huogu Qigong, Taiji basic steps)
2. Wudang Sanfeng 13-form Taiji
3. Dantian Tiaoxi Juqi Zhuang, Taiji Lingjing Zhuang
The Taiji three-part training method is an effective and beneficial training method developed by Master Chen, based on traditional methods combined with his long-term experience of self-cultivation and teaching. In this method, the lower, middle and upper body is trained, with an emphasis on leg strength, waist strength and hand training.
Wudang basic postures are the foundation of Wudang Kungfu, without which the fist forms would not exist. It is similar to the practice of penmanship: the strokes are critical. The training of basic postures is essential for martial arts.
Wudang Daojiao Huogu Qigong (Daoist Enlivening the Bones Qigong) is one of the traditional soft methods. The method helps to discharge negative energy from the body and absorb pure energy. It also helps to clear our minds and strengthen the muscles and bones. It is effective in the relief of certain inflammations and arthritis. It is worth mentioning that it has a strong effect of losing weight.
Wudang basic postures, Daojiao Huogu Qigong and Taiji basic steps are the three components of the three-part training method. After practising the Taiji three-part training method, it is much easier to learn Sanfeng 13-form Taiji.
Zhuanggong (stance training) - Dantian Tiaoxi Juqi Zhuang (Adjust Breathing to Gather Energy in Dan Tian Stance) and Taiji Lingjing Zhuang (Taiji Moving Jing (Power) Stance) - are excellent practices for firming the body frame and stance.
Learning from the lower to the upper, from the outside to the inside, will help you understand the cultivation of the interior and exterior, and unity of form and spirit. This is the character and essence of Wudang Neijia (internal) Kungfu.
This combination of forms has been developed by Master Chen. Following this training method, you can improve your health in a short time. |
