China Wudang Kungfu Academy was established by Master Chen Shixing. China Wudang Kungfu Academy is located in the holyland of Martial Arts-- Yuanhe Temple. It is beside Zhang Sanfeng‘s palace--Yuzhen Palace, Mount Wudang, in Hubei province, China. Master Chen's life-long dream has been to create a truly great kungfu academy. With this in mind, he carefully selected the present location of Yuanhe Temple. It is a fantastic place for learning and practising traditional Wudang Wushu. The tranquility and beauty of Wudang Mountain as well as endless rolling hills covered with orange trees will keep you healthy and in good spirits.
The academy covers an area of 8,000 square meters and has more than 50 rooms. In order to make your stay more comfortable, the rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning and internet. We try our best to enable our students to experience true kungfu, and the beautiful surroundings bring you closer to Daoist culture.
There are several kungfu schools in and around Wudang Mountain located next to temples just like ours. It is true that Yuanhe Temple is not the biggest, but it is surely the quietest as it is not open to tourists. The temple is solely used as a training ground for our school and our students will not be disturbed when they are practising.
We believe our school is a place where all our students feel comfortable and sincerely hope that our students will enjoy learning kungfu at our academy. Master Chen places great importance on service and communication. Our academy has a professional office team and we offer free Chinese lessons to our students.
