To make a difference by forming a healthy lifestyle
With more and more Press reports show an increasing number of people suffering kinds of diseases.People are suggested to givie up cigarettes, reduce alcohol intake and avoid sunburn which are said to reduce the chances of getting certain types of diseases. What’s more,experts also suggest that our lifestyle choices could have an impact on the risk of such diseases.
A healthy lifestyle first emphasize on spending enough time on physical conditioning.More of the workers nowadays spend at least 8 hours in the office without any exercise at all. Long time of sitting postures make their necks and backs under a very tense state and then coming the problems of overweight, cervical spondylosis (abnormal wear on the cartilage and bones of the neck), faucitis, chronic enteritis and fatty liver and etc.These physical diseases are not easy to cure,instead, they will getting worse and worse if there are no good methods taken. They work to make a better living instead of getting such unbearable pain.
The great Kungfu master Bruce Lee was careful to admonish that mental and spiritual preparation are fundamental to the success of physical training. He used traditional bodybuilding techniques to build some muscle mass, not overdone that could decrease speed or flexibility.He suggested people to take really tiny time pocket to highly develop spirituality and physique.
Another point is to have a balanced diet. Traditional Chinese doctors believe we need a balance or yin and yang to be healthy. For example, are you often feel weak and tired? Maybe you have too much yin.You should eat hot yang foods,such as beef,lamp.Eating Dangshen and Huangqi herbs is also good for this. But people who are too stressed out and angry may have too much yang. Then you can have more Yin food such as vegetables and tofu. It is easy to have a healthy lifestyle, and it is important to eat the right food. It is quite common to see many old people in the park exercising in the early morning,such as Taiji,dancing,and punching on the tree. Office workers and housewives many not have no much time to balance the work and leisure.However,they can start and finish their workout with gentle stretching. Gentle stretching of the arms, shoulders, hamstring and legs will warm up the muscles before work and will relax the muscles after you work out.
Also, they can try some short and simple Qigong such as Daomen Baduanjin Qigong,which has no request of the training area and the physical conditions of trainees.Just find a place with fresh clean air and breath in and out.This has an obvious effect on improving the microcirculation in the body and removing blood stasis and evacuating turbid.
